Refund policy

All items sold on Hastakrutam are returnable, subject to the conditions outlined below.

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, unused, undamaged
  • With original tags intact
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@hastakrutam.com, stating the reason for return and providing photographic and/or video evidence.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, arrange a free return pickup. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You receive the wrong item

Please share photographic or video evidence. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video to help us resolve issues quickly and fairly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.

International Orders

For international orders, we currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
